Megan leads Falvey Insurance Group's marketing and communications and customer experience initiatives. She is the co-chair of Falvey's Volunteerism & Philanthropy Committee and created the Women at the Helm speaker series in 2022.

She is also the chair of the Board of Directors at the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA), is co-chair of the IMCA Partnerships Committee, and was a 2019 recipient of the IMCA Rising Star award. Megan was recently named one of Insurance Business America's 2022 Elite Women. Megan earned her B.A. in English communications and Spanish from Emmanuel College in Boston in 2010.

Can't fault her work ethic—and love for breakfast food. What do you do to unwind after a long day at work?

Immediately change into pajamas and hug my family.

And what about snacks? Obviously, Knope is a huge waffles fan. If you could eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Gnocchi.

More importantly, it's pretty hot out right now, so what's your favorite ice cream flavor?

Cinnamon Buns from Ben & Jerry's.

Sounds like you're part of the way there to a movie night. What film have you watched the most times and will probably keep watching over and over again?

Halloween (1978).

Fall. In the Northeast, there's nothing like it.

Three cats. Muffin, Batman and Marshmallow.
