Susan joined the association in 1997 and assumed her current position in 2019. Prior to that role, she served as broadcast media director, then director of corporate video for the Big I. She began her career in television, first as an associate producer at Financial News Network (now CNBC) and then as a business news producer at CNN. She resides in Maryland with her husband and two children.
Will graduated from Coventry University with a BA in English and Journalism in 2010. Before joining the Independent Agent Magazine team in 2017, he gained exposure to the insurance industry while working for an insurance brokerage based in Portland, Oregon, where he currently lives with his wife, two children and border collie.
AnneMarie graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a BA in English in 2017, and served as a writer and editor for organizations ranging from lifestyle magazines to social justice nonprofits before joining Independent Agent in 2019. She lives in northern New Hampshire with her husband and two cats.
Olivia is a writer and editor with a Masters Degree in Journalism from American University. She has worked in the insurance industry in both the U.K. and U.S., including the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking in Washington, D.C., and the Financial Services Authority in London. She lives with her family in Virginia.
