Rep. Katherine Clark (D-Massachusetts), Assistant Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, will address the Big “I" Legislative Breakfast on Thursday, April 28 during the 2022 Big “I" Legislative Conference, which will take place April 27-29 at the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel.
Rep. Clark is one of the most influential and thoughtful voices in Congress. First elected to Congress in 2013, she represents Massachusetts's 5th Congressional District. Rep. Clark also sits on the powerful House Committee on Appropriations.

Rep. Feenstra, a former independent insurance agent, is a freshmen member of Congress but has already established himself as an influential legislator. Most prominently, Rep. Feenstra serves on the House Agriculture Committee and is called upon for his tax expertise. Previously, he chaired the Ways and Means Committee in the Iowa State Senate before being elected to Iowa's 4th Congressional District.
